Delete Outbound Order Line When a Sales Order is Cancelled
When a sales order is canceled, the outbound order line/advice cannot always be deleted because of the status. In that case, the outbound line and shipment must be finalized according to the order procedure. It will however not be possible to ship the goods, the shipment needs to be confirmed with quantity 0.
