Earlier this year, Ridewell Corporation inked a deal with Infor to move their BPCS 4.05 CD system to Infor LX. As part of that deal, Crossroads RMC’s MES software was selected to provide shop floor automation. 

For the ERP upgrade, Infor reached out to Crossroads RMC to provide support for both Finance and Data Conversion due to our positive track record with 4.05 CD to LX migrations. Crossroads RMC has extensive migration experience and developed a methodology for converting legacy 4.05 CD GL into CEA. 

The process Crossroads RMC developed makes it cleaner, more manageable, and easy to embrace from the client perspective. Infor also engaged Crossroads RMC to provide technical support to manage the data conversion, utilizing the Infor utilities and converting Ridewell’s 4.05 CD data to standard LX.

Nice-Pak Products, a leading manufacturer in the wet wipes industry, has selected Crossroads RMC to evaluate the purchasing processes within their facilities in Indiana. During this evaluation, Crossroads RMC will determine the best path for streamlining purchasing operations and develop a standardized approach that can be shared within other locations of Nice-Pak utilizing Infor LX.

International Wire Group, Inc. headquartered in Camden, New York is the largest bare copper wire and copper wire products manufacturer in the United States. Crossroads has been selected to evaluate the manufacturing processes within the High Performance Conductor Division of International Wire, with locations in South Carolina and Georgia. During this evaluation, Crossroads will determine the best path for streamlining the shop floor which will include data collection and labor reporting. International currently utilizes Infor LX and will be evaluating Crossroads’ MES solution as part of this project.

Blonder Tongue, a global communications equipment supplier for TV broadcasters and cable system operators, has selected Crossroads RMC to upgrade their ERP from BPCS 6.0.04 to the latest version of Infor LX. As part of this project, they will implement FIN, MFG, SCM and Webtop on LX, and will incorporate process improvements company wide in phase 2. Crossroads MES will go live over 6.0.04 in Q4 2017 with a planned cutover to LX as part of the ERP go live in Q1 2018.

Hoffmaster, a leading manufacturer of disposable tabletop paper products, has chosen to expand its use of the Crossroads MES system in Oshkosh, WI with the planned rollout of MES to the next group of machines in their facility. Go live is planned for later this year.

Hoffmaster, a leading manufacturer of disposable tabletop paper products, has gone live with Crossroads MES at their Oshkosh, WI plant. This is the 3^rd Hoffmaster plant that has gone live with the Crossroads MES solution, and implementation of 80 more machines is planned at this facility for later this year. Engineering drawings and other production-related documents are now immediately available at each workstation running MES, thereby increasing efficiency and accuracy in their operations.
