Supporting activities can be the real cause of delays. For example, if you have a monthly calendar, you can create quarter periods and move months to the quarters. Select Financials > Global Ledger > Setup > Finance Enterprise Group > Maintenance. Open the finance enterprise group. Click the Calendar tab. Open the calendar for which you want to move periods. Click the Hierarchy tab. Select the periods to move. Select Actions > Move. Select the new parent period under which you want to move the periods. Click OK. Read more
