Blonder Tongue, a global communication equipment supplier for TV broadcasters, cable system operator, lodging video, Internet system, and institutional systems, has selected Crossroads RMC to assist them with a BPCS 6.0.04 upgrade to Infor LX. Crossroads RMC will be providing all applications and technical consulting for this project. Also included as part of the project will be the implementation of the Crossroads MES solution. Go live for both solutions is expected in January of 2018.

Yupo Corporation, a leader in synthetic paper, with products that are 100% recyclable, waterproof and tree-free, went live on Infor LX 8.3.4 on April 3, 2017. Yupo partnered with Crossroads RMC for this important technology upgrade. Included in the implementation were the Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Plant Maintenance (EAM) modules.

Polar Beverages, the largest independent soft drink bottler in the United States, went live on Infor LX 8.3.4 on January 16, 2017. Polar partnered with Crossroads RMC for this important technology initiative. Included in the implementation were the Finance Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. Phase 2 will include Adirondack Beverages, a subsidiary of Polar. This project will begin in Q3 2017.

Clack Corporation, a leader in water treatment and plastic processing, has gone live with Infor LN 10.4. The Crossroads RMC team partnered with Clack in this very important technology initiative for the company. With Clack’s dominance in the industry, they were challenged to provide a top-notch ERP system that would keep up with their ever-expanding business needs. LN 10.4 provides the right tools, specifically geared towards industrial manufacturers such as Clack. Combined with the Crossroads RMC Shop Floor Data Collection Solution for LN, Clack is positioned very well for growth in the years ahead.

Peerless Instrument, a division of Curtiss Wright, has selected Crossroads RMC for Baan data collection. Peerless is interested in furthering the data collection partnership that Curtiss Wright began with Crossroads RMC 20 years ago. The data collection implementation will include Receiving, Material Issue, Inspection and Report Operations Complete, and is expected to be completed in July of 2016. 

On March 1, 2016, Hoffmaster’s Clintonville plant went live with Crossroads MES and LX. The goal of the project was to convert from another ERP to LX and replace a green screen MES system that required the manual recording of production and labor activity keyed from shop floor terminals.

Hoffmaster achieved their goal by completing a successful data conversion and detailed prototyping of LX and Crossroads. The project team remarked that the Crossroads MES implementation was by far the easiest part of the project. One of the critical requirements of the chosen MES solution was to verify UPC and UCC label formats that called for in-line labeling of product packages and cases. Crossroads MES satisfied that requirement, and also provided an interface to finished goods inventory via the scanning of LPN numbers when reporting production.

The Clintonville plant is a leading manufacturer of disposable tabletop products.

Crossroads RMC has partnered with Xenitel Managed Service Solutions and CST Industries to create an online parts ordering site for CST’s dealers. The site is live as of June, 2015. This site was developed largely to simplify the ordering process for CST’s dealers, providing information on available inventory, flexible ordering, fast shipments, and improved dealer support.

CST is a global leader in the manufacture and construction of factory coated metal storage tanks, aluminum domes and specialty covers.
