You will own client relationships on Baan and Infor LN engagements, from requirements gathering through implementation and training. This is a hands-on role with real project ownership, and you will act as the bridge between clients and our development team when a solution needs building rather than configuring.
Define, gather, and document business requirements with clients
Guide users through implementing features and functionality in their ERP and connected systems
Project manage ERP and related software implementations
Identify additional opportunities within your accounts
Serve as technical liaison to the Crossroads RMC development team
Work with development to test and deliver solutions
Train client teams on standard ERP and add-on software
5+ years of hands-on Baan and Infor LN experience
5+ years as an ERP business analyst or functional consultant
Solid project management background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication, since you will be client-facing daily
Data collection experience
BPCS or LX experience
You will lead BPCS and Infor LX engagements for manufacturing clients, gathering requirements, running implementations, and serving as the connection point to our development team.

This is a build role. You will design and develop solutions in Baan IV, Baan V, and Infor LN, using standard components where they fit and writing custom where they do not. You will also support our existing customer base and work alongside our product manager on pre-sales and development.

Build intranet and extranet integration applications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years as a Baan or Infor LN programmer analyst or business analyst
2+ years with SQL
Very strong customer service skills and experience
Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving hard problems independently
Self-motivated, and able to move between independent work and team work
Demonstrated project management ability
Web services development
C# .NET development
