RMCis & Crossroads Unite To Create World-Class Shop Floor Solutions
Two leading providers of enterprise software and services for manufacturers, RMCis Corporation and .exe (Crossroads), today announced a definitive agreement to merge. The transaction will combine two pioneering software organizations into a single company with the client base, resources and expertise to uniquely meet the rapidly evolving needs of manufacturers around the world.
The merger of RMCis and .exe offers tremendous product and operational synergies, enabling the combined customer base of the two organizations to realize immediate benefits. The resulting product suite offers an unequalled solution to support the optimization and integration of the shop floor and warehouse with industry-leading ERP solutions.

The new organization will begin operations on January 1, 2008. The combined companies will operate under the name Crossroads RMC, with corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. Rich Grilli will become President of Crossroads RMC, and David Dickson will become Chief Financial Officer.
Crossroads RMC plans to enhance and support the existing products of both RMCis and .exe. New releases and ongoing software maintenance for these products will continue to be a key focus of the combined company.
